What will happen to BCB or BAFF in future under new government? Amid such complications, sports organizers and sports fans have taken a position in front of BCB from 11 am today.
They stayed at gate number two of Mirpur Shere-e Bangla Stadium. Aminul Islam was the captain of the former football team at that time. Sports organizers were Rafiqul Islam Babu, Tariqul Islam Titura. The banner brought by them demanded the resignation of BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon and various board directors.
Not only Papon, there are demands for resignation against Chairman of Cricket Operations Jalal Yunus. Apart from this, Obaid Nizam, who is in charge of the age-based team, is also in this list. The demand was raised for the resignation of the remaining directors.
Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Army is still standing guard in front of the stadium office for the security of BCB. At the moment, the concern is about organizing the T20 World Cup.
