Five Hindu youths join Naogaon inspired by Jamaat ideology

Five Hindu youths have officially joined the party in Niamatpur, Naogaon, inspired by the ideology of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. They publicly announced their joining Jamaat-e-Islami at an election meeting organized by Bahadurpur Union Jamaat at the Gujishahar High School grounds of the upazila on Sunday (February 1) afternoon. This incident has created a lot of discussion in the local political arena.
At the event, Principal Mahbubul Alam, the nominated MP candidate of Jamaat-e-Islami from Naogaon-1 (Porsha, Sapahar and Niamatpur) constituency, welcomed the new members to the party by garlanding them with flowers. The youths who joined Jamaat are Kalidas, Shuvo, Khalil, Sajib Roy and Rajkumar from Gol Schoolpara village of Srimantapur Union.
Expressing his feelings about joining the party, Rajkumar said that in the current political reality, the ideology and statements of Jamaat-e-Islami seemed the most acceptable to him among the various parties. He said that he joined Jamaat because he found a similarity between his thoughts and the party's policies and activities and wants to do politics with this party in the future.
Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Principal Mahbubul Alam said, "There will be no politics of division in the future Bangladesh. A new and prosperous Bangladesh will be built by including everyone, regardless of religion or caste." He also said that people from different classes and professions of the country are joining the party, inspired by the ideology of Jamaat, which is a reflection of the people's desire for change.
Also present at the event were Nishad Ahmed, Joint Member Secretary of the Youth Department of the National Citizens Party (NCP), Maulana Nowshad Ali, District Jamaat Executive Committee Member, Niamatpur Upazila Jamaat Ameer Afzal Hossain, Executive Member of the Naogaon Advocate Bar Association SM Zubair, and President of Niamatpur Upazila Chhatra Shibir Abu Taher, along with local leaders. At the end of the meeting, the leaders reiterated their commitment to building the country through communal harmony and participatory politics.
