Bangladesh won the second consecutive victory in the Bangabandhu Cup International Kabaddi Tournament. The hosts defeated Malaysia by 73-22 points with 6 goals in the match held at Mirpur Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium. Bangladesh was leading by 37-04 points in the first half.
The host team's right raider Al-Amin got the man of the match award. Barisal's son Al-Amin is also a member of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).
