army emergency numbers to rescue flood victims

More than 15 districts of the north-eastern region of the country have been affected by flash floods. Army has been deployed in various districts to assist people in flood affected areas and carry out rescue operations. In the meantime, the army has given an emergency number to rescue the flood victims. Phone calls can be made to the army for help by contacting these numbers.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said this in a press release on Thursday (August 22).

It has also been directed to take advance preparations in case of deterioration of the situation through continuous monitoring of the flood situation. A flood control room has been opened in the Department of Health (Mobile No. 01759114488) through which all health facilities in the country are connected round the clock.
