Metrorail will run from 3:30 pm on Friday

From tomorrow, the Metrorail will also run on weekends and Fridays. This high-speed public transport will run on Motijheel route from Uttara Uttara to 9:30 pm on this day. At the same time, metro trains will run commercially from Motijheel to Uttara North route with 12 minutes headway (time between two trains) from 3:50 PM to 9:40 PM.
Managing Director Mohammad Abdur Rauf confirmed the matter in a press conference at the head office of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) on Thursday (September 19) afternoon.
