Imran Khan back in jail after medical check-up

Former Pakistani Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has been sent back to Adiala Jail after a medical check-up at the hospital.
According to a report by Pakistani media outlet Geo News, after the medical check-up, doctors have said that there is no need to keep Imran Khan hospitalized. According to them, he will be safe in prison.
Examination by a six-member medical team
Amid tight security, Imran Khan was taken to a hospital in Islamabad through Gate No. 1 of Adiala Jail. A six-member team of specialist doctors examined him there.
After the examination, the doctors said that there is no need to admit Imran Khan to the hospital. They opined that the necessary treatment and observation can be done in prison.
Back in Adiala Jail
After the doctors' opinion, Imran Khan was taken back to Adiala Jail under the supervision of the prison authorities. Prison sources said that he was later transferred to his own cell in the prison.
Earlier, Imran Khan was taken to the hospital for health issues. There was concern among PTI leaders and supporters about his health. However, after the doctors' examination, it was decided that there was no need to keep him in the hospital.
Imran Khan is currently in prison, facing punishment and legal proceedings in various cases. His release and political activities have been discussed in Pakistani politics for a long time.
