Israel has taken a new initiative to further strengthen its strategic and cultural ties with India. It is learned that a statue of Shivaji Maharaj has been planned to be installed as a symbol of deepening and historically connecting the relations between the two countries.
According to diplomatic sources, the initiative is seen not only as a cultural tribute, but also as a “symbolic bridge” in the Indo-Israeli bilateral relations. Cooperation between the two countries, especially in the defense, technology and trade sectors, has increased significantly in recent years.
Israeli authorities believe that presenting Shivaji Maharaj as a symbol of India’s historical and national spirit will further strengthen mutual understanding and bonds between the people of the two countries.
Analysts say that this type of cultural diplomacy is becoming an important part of modern international relations. It gives importance to people’s emotions and history in addition to political relations.
However, the detailed schedule or venue has not been officially announced yet. Sources say that a final decision on this issue may be taken in the upcoming diplomatic meetings.
This initiative has sparked renewed discussions in the international arena, especially in the context of geopolitical relations in the Middle East and South Asia.
