Dr. Yunus congratulates newly appointed Prime Minister

Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Chief Advisor to the Interim Government of Bangladesh, has congratulated Sushila Karki on assuming office as the new Prime Minister of Nepal. In a congratulatory message on Saturday (September 13), he extended his heartfelt greetings to the Prime Minister of Nepal.
The Chief Advisor said that your assumption of this position during critical and challenging times is a reflection of the trust and confidence of the people of Nepal. He further expressed hope that under Sushila Karki's capable leadership, Nepal will move forward on the path of peace, development and stability.
In his congratulatory message, the Chief Advisor expressed his hope to further strengthen the existing relations of friendship, cooperation and mutual respect with Nepal.
In addition, the Chief Advisor expressed his deep condolences over the loss of lives in the recent political violence in Nepal. He expressed his sympathy to the families of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery. At the same time, he wished the newly appointed Prime Minister Sushila Karki good health, success and continued peace and prosperity of Nepal.
