Shakira returns to Egypt after 19 years, will sing at the Pyramids of Giza

Colombian pop star Shakira is going to perform in Egypt again after a long break. She will participate in a special musical performance at the foot of the world-famous Pyramids of Giza on November 28.
Shakira's concert at the Pyramids of Giza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is being organized by the entertainment company Venture Lifestyle. She previously performed at the same place in 2007. As such, this popular singer is returning to the Egyptian stage after almost 19 years.
Venture Lifestyle has previously organized concerts by international stars such as Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Katy Perry and Demi Lovato in the Middle East. Now Shakira's name has been added to their list of events.
This event in Egypt is being organized as part of Shakira's ongoing concert tour around the world after the release of her recent album 'Las Mujeres Ya No Yoran'.
In her music career spanning more than three decades, Shakira has sold more than 95 million records worldwide. She has won multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy awards. She is known as one of the most successful artists in popularizing Latin music on the world stage.
Expressing her feelings about returning to Egypt, Shakira said that she is very happy to be performing at the Pyramids of Giza.
