Colombian pop star Shakira is back in the spotlight with the tune of the World Cup. Since the release of the official theme song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, ‘Dai Dai’, the song has received a huge response on social media. Along with her singing, dancing and stage performances, fans have also been interested in her radiant presence.
Shakira said that before going on stage, she takes basic care of her skin. She uses red light therapy to make her skin look fresh and radiant. Then, she does lymphatic drainage or Gua Sha to reduce facial puffiness and prepare the skin. She continues this skin care routine even during vocal warm-ups.
After skin preparation, makeup and hairstyle begin. To maintain a natural and attractive look in the light of the stage, she uses foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick and setting spray. In addition, her familiar wavy hair style is also fixed before the performance.
Not only beauty, but Shakira also gives equal importance to fitness to perform on stage for a long time. Her routine includes dead lifts, hip thrusts and arm exercises. These help in increasing the strength, balance and flexibility of the body. Along with exercise, she massages herself whenever she gets time to recover her body.
Before going on stage, she does a 10-minute vocal warm-up and takes a final look at herself in the mirror. According to Shakira, it is not just the glam team that is important to stay confident and vibrant on stage; regular care, fitness and preparation are the most important.
