After a long wait, overcoming multiple shooting complications and various obstacles, the popular spy-based movie 'Masud Rana' is finally coming to the big screen. The makers and production people have announced that the movie will be released on the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.
It was informed at the press conference that the work of the movie has been repeatedly disrupted due to the Corona pandemic, the suspension of shooting and the complications of various administrative permissions. Especially, the delay in getting permission to shoot in military installations for some important scenes prolonged the whole process.
According to the production authorities, it was difficult to produce this high-budget and large-scale movie alone. Therefore, the work has been completed through joint production. They expressed hope that it will create special interest among the movies released on Eid.
Russell Rana plays the character of 'Masud Rana' in the movie. He got the opportunity to work in this role through a reality show and underwent physical preparation and action training for a long time.
Pooja Cherry is playing the female lead. The makers said that the film has an action, spy thriller and the use of modern VFX technology, which will give a new experience to the audience.
According to the director, an attempt has been made to present 'Masud Rana' as an international standard spy genre film, so that a new dimension is added to domestic cinema.
